Perfect Star Heating and Air Conditioning is proud to be a locally owned and operated family business that is seeking a Call Center Representative.

Perfect Star provides the best ongoing coaching and training to ensure all our Call Center Representatives excel in all aspects of the position.

Perfect Star Call Center Representative performs a variety of duties including, but not limited to:

* Answering inbound phone calls in a professional and helpful manner.

* Replying and communicating with clients via various communication platforms including but not limited to, email, SMS, and Yelp

* Greeting clients/visitors in a prompt and friendly fashion.

* Providing outstanding service to clients/visitors – either over the phone, digitally, or in person.

* Assisting clients or callers by providing information, answering questions, and/or directing calls/inquiries as necessary.

* Identifying and/or escalating issues for resolution.

* Building rapport with clients by displaying an engaging, kind, and helpful attitude.

* Completing calls or transactions in a manner that maintains quality and quantity.

* Making outbound phone calls in response to any inquires, questions, or other follow up.

* Performing data entry into a computer system, program, or database.

* Maintaining a neat and clean lobby/reception area for visitors.

* Providing any other support as needed to teams, departments, managers, and other staff.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience as customer service rep, receptionist, call center agent, data entry clerk, or similar role.

* Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to interact successfully with clients at all levels – both internally and externally.

* Minimum 30 WPM.

* Ability to work a flexible schedule including non-traditional shifts/hours such as afternoons, weekends, and some-holidays (See below for more info).

Pay: $37,000.00-43,00.000+ A Year Depending on experience.

*Benefits are available to Full Time Hires (Minimum of 32 hours a week). This position will be initially part time and MAY lead into a full-time position.
